Naatukozhi Eggs
நாட்டுக்கோழி முட்டை
These eggs come from free-range indigenous Naatukozhi chickens, raised the traditional way in open spaces, roaming freely and feeding on natural grains and herbs. The eggs are distinct, with a thicker shell and a deep, vibrant orange yolk that signifies the healthy, natural lifestyle of the chickens. Each egg is a product of pure care, with no antibiotics or artificial hormones, making them a much healthier choice than the mass-produced eggs in the market.
Organic Ragi Dosa Flour (Mixed of 6 Millets and Red Rice and Black Rice)
Millet Dosas are made with whole grains and are healthy, good in taste and texture. These make a very nutritious Breakfast with good amount of protein, carbs, minerals and iron. This is one of the very old recipes that I have been using. This recipe uses whole Ragi, 6 millets and Urad dal and red rice and black rice as the main ingredients.
