This ghee proudly made by a farmer. We make this ghee using Alampadi, Kangayam, Hallikar, Bargur (Native Cows) type cow milk grown on our farm. We feed the natural fodder grown on our farm at night to keep the cows healthy.
We also collect milk from cows raised in forest. these are taken to the forest by the farmers. these cows will eat herbal plant which is available in the forest. so the milk will be very nutritious and healthy
Milk isn't forced from the cows and is extracted only after the calf has sufficient milk.
Like cows, its calves will be raised very safely and healthily. we want our cattle to be happy and healthy.
at 6-7 p.m after the calf has sufficient milk The remaining milk will be milked. then the milk will be boiled to make curd.
At about 5-6 in the morning the butter is extracted by churning the curd using wooden churner.
This is done in our traditional way. Ghee is made by melting butter on low flame using firewood.
After the boiling process is over and the ghee has cooled, the ghee is bottled in Glass Bottle without losing its aroma.
